This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services made by Tearhappy, including but not limited to: Suno Board, CalcAI, Tearhappy Mobile App, Chromeclaw, Snapshot, and any other products or services we develop or release now or in the future. When we say "our products" or "the service," we mean any of these.

Tearhappy is built with a strict privacy-by-design approach. Our products are engineered to keep processing as local, direct, and minimal as possible, to avoid unnecessary data collection, and to avoid building a user-data business around your information.

Privacy-first design

Tearhappy products are designed to:

• avoid collecting unnecessary personal information,
• avoid retaining user data unless a feature strictly requires it,
• process data locally on your device whenever possible,
• communicate directly with the service required for the feature you choose to use,
• avoid hidden tracking, hidden profiling, and unnecessary third-party sharing.

Where possible, our products handle media generation, rendering, encoding, and export directly on your device for maximum quality and minimum exposure of your data.

Information we access

Depending on which product you use and which features you use within it, we may access:

• your account session data needed to interact with connected platforms,
• your track data, workspace data, lyrics, prompts, metadata, and related media information where applicable,
• your Google and YouTube account authorization data if you choose to connect YouTube,
• your Google profile name, email address, and profile image returned by Google during authentication,
• your YouTube channel information, playlists, upload responses, and thumbnail-related data when you use YouTube features,
• images or artwork you choose to upload from your own device,
• media files created locally on your device for export or upload,
• payment-related request data needed to start or manage subscription or checkout flows.

How we handle that information

Tearhappy takes extensive steps to minimize storage and reduce exposure of user information. Our goal is to access only what is required to perform the feature you requested, use it only for that feature, and avoid keeping it any longer than necessary.

We are not designed as a system that builds user profiles, sells user data, or stores unnecessary personal information in a separate product database.

What we store

For subscribers across any Tearhappy product, we store only the minimum information required to manage your account and subscription:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your Google ID (used to link your account across sessions),
• AI generation data associated with your use of our generation features.

We do not store payment card details. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not build profiles beyond what is listed above.

Our products may also store limited data locally on your device where required for functionality, such as interface settings, feature preferences, and session state. This local storage remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

What we do not do as a product practice

Tearhappy products are designed to avoid unnecessary data handling. We do not:

• sell your personal information,
• use your Google user data for advertising,
• collect unrelated browsing history for profiling,
• keep more user data than is needed for our products' actual features.

External services used by the features you choose

When required by the feature you use, our products may communicate with:

• Suno services, for Suno account and track features,
• Google and YouTube services, for authentication and YouTube upload features,
• Stripe-powered payment flows, for purchases and subscription management,
• our backend services for account initialization and payment-related functions.

Data protection statement

We take extensive steps to protect user data, minimize retention, reduce unnecessary storage, and keep our products' data flow as direct and secure as possible. We intentionally aim for the most minimal data footprint consistent with delivering the actual features and output quality of our products.
