By using any product or service made by Tearhappy — including but not limited to Suno Board, CalcAI, Tearhappy Mobile App, Chromeclaw, Snapshot, and any other products or services we develop or release now or in the future — you agree to these Terms of Service. When we say "our products" or "the service," we mean any of these.
1. Use of our products
Tearhappy builds tools for productivity, media, AI generation, and platform integrations. You may use our products only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of any platforms you connect to, including Suno, Google, YouTube, Stripe, and the Chrome Web Store.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You are responsible for all prompts, text, metadata, images, artwork, audio, video, thumbnails, uploads, and other material you create, process, export, or publish through any Tearhappy product.

- circumvent paywalls, access controls, subscription limits, download restrictions, quotas, or other platform restrictions,
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or account data in an unauthorized way.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use any Tearhappy product to create, upload, process, export, or publish content that is:
- sexually explicit where prohibited by law or platform policy,

5. AI and generation-related restrictions
If you use any Tearhappy product with AI-generated or AI-assisted workflows, you remain fully responsible for the legality and permissibility of the content and prompts you use.
You must not use our products to generate, process, or publish content in a way that:
- violates intellectual property rights,

6. Third-party platforms
Tearhappy products depend on third-party services. Your use of our products must also comply with the terms and policies of any third-party services you use with them.
If a third-party service changes its APIs, permissions, rules, or access model, some features of our products may change, become limited, or stop working.
7. Payments
Paid features, subscriptions, and checkout flows across Tearhappy products are handled through Stripe-powered payment flows and related backend services.
8. Suspension or termination
Access to some or all features of any Tearhappy product may be limited or terminated if you misuse a product, violate these Terms, violate third-party platform rules, or use our products in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.
